My cop friends are retiring. Some early. I don't blame them a bit.

 

My friend is a Lt. He lost a ton of staff to Amazon moving in down the street -- hiring a lot of private security and paying up the wazoo. He's 5-6 years out from retirement/pension so really hesitant to do it himself, but Arlington Police is HURTING right now. He hates the current climate surrounding cops right now, makes it hard to go to work each day.
