Trump himself requested a bench trial (no jury, just the judge) specifically in the NY case. That's his right, under US law. And it answers concerns such as Brainey's "when a judge just decides things without a trial." directly. And he is now going all-out in social media assaulting and defaming said judge, who still has matters left to decide for or against Trump. That's the part which bewilders me. I can't even. I have been contemplating the demographics of the left and the right. How would you describe the people who vote for each party? My initial thought was that the liberals lack common sense and are more emotionally driven. They might be more educated or scholastically ahead but lack street smarts.
I'm trying to put together a list of words for each. I'm so biased that I keep typing shithead over and over in my list for the libs. Especially after the whole SB1 gas tax manipulation. |
