I've found another reason to hate politicians...

What is that?

The new condom.

It's a piece of genious invented by some engineer or team of engineers which designs shower heads.
By law, new shower heads are legally limited to flow no more than 2.5 GPM at 80 psi. That plastic and rubber circle (along with detailed instructions provided by the manufacturer on how to remove it) is the engineers genious way to circumvent the law and let people decide for themselves how economic to be with the water they pay for. The principal of the matter is: some liberal politician has determined that I shouldn't be allowed to buy a showerhead that flows more than 2.5 GPM at 80PSI. If you've ever tried a 2.5gpm showerhead and a full flow showerhead back to back, you will know that taking a shower with a the real showerhead is pure pleasure, comparatively. Therefore, a politician has decided that I shouldn't be allowed to enjoy my showers. Thank you for inventing the removable flow-limiter, Mr. engineer. I promptly remove it and throw it away whenever I get the opportunity. |

OHHHHHHHH I always drill those out. I have a shower head that always travels with me.
But yes, I agree wholeheartedly with Rand Paul. |

So, I am not sure if this has already been posted, but I don't remember seeing it here:
Preschooler’s Homemade Lunch Replaced with Cafeteria “Nuggets” State agent inspects sack lunches, forces preschoolers to purchase cafeteria food instead A preschooler at West Hoke Elementary School ate three chicken nuggets for lunch Jan. 30 because the school told her the lunch her mother packed was not nutritious. The girl’s turkey and cheese sandwich, banana, potato chips, and apple juice did not meet U.S. Department of Agriculture guidelines, according to the interpretation of the person who was inspecting all lunch boxes in the More at Four classroom that day. The Division of Child Development and Early Education at the Department of Health and Human Services requires all lunches served in pre-kindergarten programs - including in-home day care centers - to meet USDA guidelines. That means lunches must consist of one serving of meat, one serving of milk, one serving of grain, and two servings of fruit or vegetables, even if the lunches are brought from home. |
haha the govt owns j00. just wait till all the rich people move out of CA. suckers. Going to be full of mental-midgets.

This was posted somewhere else, but in such a way I couldn't make sense of it.
It pisses me off so bad to read ---- like this. What kind of BS is going on here. RAGE. Kind of like a forum telling me what kind of words I can and can't use. LOL how pathetic are we that WORDS somehow hurt. Now the gov tells us what we can/can't feed our kids? Everything is backasswards. |

Must listen to the closing statements, it gets really good at 47:05 (Arthur Rafter).
Http://intelligencesquaredus.org/ind...ates/big-govt/ Debate title "Is big government stifling the American spirit?" |
Eh, I have trouble taking a debate like that seriously Cym. At least three arguments on the "pro" side have been thoroughly debunked here, and at least one argument on the "con" side have also been thoroughly debunked here.
If a car forum can thoroughly debunk major points in their argument (Either side!)...how are we supposed to take it seriously? |
