Did he get fired? I watch his show all the time, this isn't any different than any of his other programs.

And the reason for this is that the average American doesn't recognize that Statism, Fascism, and Socialism are all manifestations of Busybodyism, and that freedom is something you can't have unless you are willing to give it.

Judge Napolitano rocks, but I see why he got fired from Fox.
You don't talk about the "conservative" (and I use that term loosely) agenda like that on Fox. Even if it's couched in double meanings and is not directed at "liberal" or "conservative". He even hit on the fallacy of "Freedom of religion is not freedom from religion" and why it's so stupid in that episode, great watch.
