Generation Wuss and related crap

This is definitely a learned behavior taught to you by your parents, older brothers, cousins, older brother's friends, etc. At least at that age, anyway.
Once you are older, you become that way by yourself and by your perception of others as individuals or as groups.

‘Whiteness Studies’ Professor Says White People Who Treat All Races Equally Are ‘Dangerous’
‘Whiteness Studies’ Professor Says White People Who Treat All Races Equally Are ‘Dangerous’
DiAngelo said that when she hears people say they are colorblind, they are revealing their own ignorance.
“This person doesn’t understand basic socialization. This person doesn’t understand culture. This person is not self-aware,” she said.
“And I need to give a heads up to the white people in the room. When people of color hear us say this, they’re generally not thinking, ‘Alright, I’m talking to a woke white person right now.’ Usually some version of eye-rolling is going on, and a wall is going up.
DiAngelo went on to share words of wisdom from a black friend: “My friend Erin Trent Johnson — she says, ‘When I hear a white person say this, what I am thinking is: ‘This is a dangerous white person. This is a white person who is going to need to deny my reality.’”
DiAngelo’s remarks run counter to those of Martin Luther King Jr., a Boston University graduate, who famously hoped his children would “one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.”
For DiAngelo, racial identity should not be transcended.
“I want to be clear that as I stand up here with authority and a voice on this topic, I’m reinforcing whiteness and the centrality of the white view,” she said, admitting to her own limitations as a white person. “I’d like to be a little less white, which means a little less oppressive, oblivious, defensive, ignorant and arrogant.”

You want to take my vital signs, great. You want to break down a door with an axe and carry my unconscious *** out of a burning house? I prefer you not be a 110 lb woman but rather one of those big hunky guys from the fireman calendars. I can flirt with 110 lb girl when I regain consciousness but I'd prefer the fireman to be built like a defensive tackle. I also tend to be concerned when I see fireman who are built like Peter Griffin from Family Guy.

From what I understand, Teen Vogue used to be about making sure that children were up to speed on the latest fashion trends so that they could be good consumers.
Apparently, it's now about putting a positive spin on Marxist communism.
Kinda not exaggerating:
BY ADRYAN CORCIONE
Rather than a wall of text, here's the full article: https://www.teenvogue.com/story/who-is-karl-marx
I looked up the author out of curiosity. Adryan Corcione is a "genderfluid freelance journalist" who mostly writes about drugs and being a victim for The High Times, Vice, etc.
Some of his other recent pieces include Six Simple Ways to Make Your Dispensary More Trans-Friendly and ]International Women’s Day has always been about highlighting the relationship between capitalism and women’s oppression.”
I wish I could figure out his age. Guessing early to mid 20s, which makes sense. Reflect on this:
The eldest of GenWu are now adults. Some of them have jobs, and some of those jobs are in media. (Writers, especially writers about social issues, tend disproportionately to be young.) So they are now being given rather tall commercial platforms from which to preach their messages of hate, fear, and the urgent need to reject rationality.
This concerns me.
