For everyone else, it was a photo of a naked (from the waist up) girl who looked to be maybe 14 years old, whose breasts have been amputated and her nipples re-formed to look like boy nipples, being hugged from behind by a woman who is presumably a doctor, with a quote attributed to Voltaire which reads "Those who can make you believe absurdities, can make you commit atrocities."
