Someone convinced the judge they would find evidence supporting a felony. Look at the search and seizure warrant. I'd like to see attachment a and attachment b. I has a funny feel we aren't getting the full story from these kids with supercars.

after the second time.

Cherokee school police lieutenant charged in death of police K-9 | WSB-TV
A Cherokee County school police lieutenant charged in the death of his K-9 after it was left in his hot patrol car for hours is also under investigation for his alleged involvement in another K-9’s death.
Daniel Peabody told investigators he arrived home around 4:15 p.m. on June 10 and left the 4-year-old Belgian Malinois, named Inka, in the back of the car with the engine turned off while he dealt with another dog inside his home.
"He gets out, turns the car off, gets busy with his wife helping another dog, and apparently he simply forgot about the dog, accidentally," said Cherokee County Marshal's Office Chief Ron Hunton.
Around 7 p.m., the officer remembered he left Inka in the car and found the dog had died.
Temperatures that day reached the 90s, and Hunton says it got much warmer inside the car.
...
Peabody initially claimed that Dale, a yellow Lab who was retired from K-9 duty in 2012, died from choking on a toy.
However, investigators said Dale was shot and killed by Peabody at his Paulding County home shortly after Dale retired from service.
Animals remains believed to be those of a dog were found at Peabody’s home. The remains are being analyzed by a forensic veterinarian in an attempt to identify the breed and cause of death.
Peabody is charged with aggravated cruelty to animals and making false statements to law enforcement. He was booked into the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center with bond set at $22,400.

Pulled over because the cop didnt believe this person lived in the neighborhood (apparently this is somehow a traffic violation):

dude drives to his house and has to prove his innocence to the cop, just like Senator Fenstien ordered.

Two black guys were out looking at MLS listing comparing their property they were trying to sell to otherhomes in the surrounding neighborhood and a cop pulls them over questioning them about why they were in the neighborhood. The black guy tells him he was in the process of selling his home and was given an offer he didn’t like so he was out comparing other sales to his home.
The cop apparently didn’t believe him because how could two young black men drive a nice car and live in such a lavish neighborhood. That’s just impossible, right? How wrong could that officer be? These are young educated hard-working young men who are very responsible and business savvy.
The guy asked the officer, “Do you want me to take you to the house and of course the officer obliged. They drove about a mile and pulled up in their 5 bedrooms and 3 bath brick home and invited the cop in which he then refused.
The guys started laughing and the officer then left looking embarrassed. I guess you can’t drive and live nice while black.

How cops enforce the law:
I can hit him with creating a public disturbance.
yeah, Let's give them something.
...
and then we'll say we had a bunch of people that didnt want to stay and give a statement, but we still took action.
:looks down at recording cell phone:

police are never off-duty:

or as Joe would say: Only police should own guns.
Off-duty cop shoots man dead in road rage incident in Brooklyn - NY Daily News
A road-rage showdown left an unarmed Brooklyn driver dead and an off-duty cop under investigation for answering two punches with three point-blank gunshots.
State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman announced a probe into the early Monday shooting of Delrawn Small, 37, whose girlfriend and three kids watched in horror as the lethal confrontation unfolded.
“Words can’t begin to explain the pain I feel right now,” girlfriend Zaquanna Albert posted on Facebook. “... My heart aches for this man and my son who will never remember his dad.”

How police stop "ISIS terrorists":
remember, this incident occurred with 0% suspicion of any crime and 0% suspicion of any suspicious behavior. But hey, he got a nice free trip to the Hosptial over it, and his eventual million dollar lawsuit.
Still trying to figure out what "orders" they were yelling at the dude, next time they should finish chewing and swallow their donuts before yelling.
