I landed in the middle of this thread so went to beginning to catch up.
Had to register to make a remark. Forgot what the remarks was but I learned that the site is about some sort of car? I wish I could find a pickup I could afford. Oh well, you post some interesting stuff on this topic. Maybe I will check what you have to say about cars sometime. Miata? - Sounds French. |
Still better than the average first post.

Looks like this thread is an aberration in a car forum. Since I don't even have a car and do not want a car I might only last here as long as this thread so maybe not a lot of use to get acquainted anyway. I don't suppose that Miata makes a pickup truck? |

I confess
The reading of noob stuff indicated that the site is about a brand of car and I have only been interested in this thread that I came to the middle of from somewhere. This thread is about police state stuff and I am a criminal (ret). I never got in much trouble for anything I did in my short career but got nailed for something I didn't do after I quit what I was doing, peddling a banned product. I suppose that posting testimonials in the noob threads would just be OT more so than here. Funny that I have seen more folks talk with more sense in this thread in a car forum than I have seen in any one discussion site elsewhere. Well, - opinions. I seldom see a lot of actual discussion about anything anywhere. |

I was going to post this and be like: why in the world did 12 cops show up to give this guy a parking ticket. Then he went off on this stupid Sovereign Citizen bullshit and sounded like a complete moron and now I hate him. My laws supersede yours, but I'm a taxpayer. Fucking Moron. I don't even know why I bothered posting. Both of them, the fact that the Cop was arguing with this moron, just fucking ticket him and go away. holy shit. dont watch this. |
booked him for Obstructing legal process of official duty. Apparently walking down the street with a video camera is obstructing the legal process. |
North Carolina Appeals Court Allows HOAs To Arrest For DUI
Rental cops hired by homeowners associations (HOA) can conduct traffic stops that would be unconstitutional if performed by an actual police officer, according to a ruling handed down last week by the North Carolina Court of Appeals. A three-judge panel took up the case of Frederick Lloyd Weaver Jr, who was stopped on April 20, 2012 by an armed security guard employed by Metro Special Police and Security Services. The HOA for the Carleton Place townhomes near the University of North Carolina at Wilmington contracted with Metro for security services. |
