It's not grammar, it's spelling, and the difference in spelling completely changes the context and meaning of the sentence.

"Would you like more desert?"
No, because I'm hungry.

"Would you like more dessert?"
Yes, because I'm hungry.

Yes, but that's not the point of the 10th Amendment.
Nullification of federal laws, is an alternative to secession. No need to wait for the Supreme Court to reverse an unconstitutional Federal law. The States can nullify now.

Thomas Jefferson considered nullification as the most important check against Federal tyranny. The Supreme Court often acts as just another tentacle of the Federal monster.
