Talking Wow! $44 for miata fill up!!!

I PUT $44 INTO MY MIATA TODAY!
WOW! SAMS CLUB PRICE!
I TEASE THE OTHER VEHICLES BY SAYING: $100 OR $200 DAY?
Now I'm getting worried about the Economy.
11gallons Miata x $5 = $55 into a Miata Tank!!!!

How's your $$$$ gas bill damage?

Last couple fill ups have been around $130. Of course this is in my truck, but only the factory tank not filling the auxiliary tank.

I've been at $40 fill ups for a few weeks now. I know other parts of the country have it worse, but it's new here compared to the low $30/high$20 it was not too long ago.

I've been saving money on gas by not letting my tank get below a quarter of a tank. That way it only costs about $25 or $30 to fill up.

Oh ****? Government (i.e. stealing rich people's money) subsidized price fix? Sounds like something Obama would do.

I don't understand why people claim this in real life; takes every ounce of inner strength for me to not strangle them.

My sister/brother-in-law hate their expedition because it has such a large gas tank. They make absolutely no mention about MPGs. They say they would LOVE their truck if the gas tank was only about half the size because it would be cheaper to fill it up.

I just let it roll off my back, and go about my business.

$50 to fill up the mx3 (11 gallon tank) good thing it gets 32mpg iif I drive easy. The girlfriend gets 36mpg in my honda.

I use my car for work so atleast I can offset part of that cost on my taxes

I don't pay attention to gas prices because there is nothing I can do about it...but I don't drive my A6 wagon unless we all need to go somewhere. I usually drive my sentra which gets 35ish mpg. I will be getting a ruckus soon and enjoying 100mpg goodness

Also I may be mistaken buuut the majority of oil we get comes from the us, canada, or mexico so the only thing effecting the oil prices is speculation.

****... you guys stop complaining. Your gas is cheap.

Right now 91oct is $1.50/L and 94oct is $1.58/L

In case your math sucks that's on average $68 for a full on 91oct.

When my Rotrex goes one next week and I have it re tuned at 94oct it's going to be over $70 to fill up.

I paid $58 to fill from the E line today, which is 40L or 5/6ths of the 48L tank. It's $1.43/L for 91 (~ $5.72/Gal) at the cheapest station for 150km. If you were buying that with US dollars it would be roughly $5.95/Gal!

The worst part is that I was tuning boost ve cells on that tank so I got 18mpg on it. Maybe I should just get a bike.

You guys should move to Tucson. Gas is about $3.70/gallon for 91 Premium.

Hope prices fall a bit by mid-July That would be good for me.

Still, my big OTM wagon gets over 45 MPG on the highway and as low as 33 if it's thrashed, so I'm not complaining just yet.

Holy smokes guys. I feel bad when the car takes 8 gallons before the pump kicks off. Not sure about the Mazda pumps, but running the car low on fuel/empty is a quick way to burn up a Delphi pump. I had to replace two before finally convincing a lady to keep her tank above a 1/4 tank.

My last 8 gallon fill up only took 170 miles to kill. Most was around town though. Don't look at the price, as I don't really care. Why freight over it? Wasn't it about this same price back in 2007? Either pay it or go Mass Transit.
