Check out the GT2871 48trim. The T28 may be a little slow in a traditional set-up, but in my compound setup I hit 15 psi out of the inlet turbo by ~3250 RPM (3rd Gear). This is a <$200 JB Churbo.

A t3 50 trim has these specs, or at least my specific chinacharger clone...
Comp 43.20 / 60.41 - Turbine 45.74 / 62.86 .48AR turbine housing
If you do the math, it ends up being around 48 trim on the compressor.
You can't buy a 50 trim t3 from garrett, it's an OEM turbo off some thunderbirds and like two years of volvos, oh and a metric fuckshitton of diesel power plants over in europe. That's why they are all over ebay for cheep.

I think it's a turbonetics wheel. no clue really. I found it one day, and thought it might make an nice alternative to the china 50 trim t3 if someone wanted a little better top-end performance for under $200.

This data is based off compressor maps. So assuming you are using the turbo to its full efficiency. Its not real world data.

As said above, these are all calculations, with both theoretical data (compressor maps etc) and hard data (dynos and 4th gear spool data etc). I am showing you the best possible situation that is theoretically possible. I am not talking specific setups or anything. Just the stock 1.6L and a said turbocharger.
I am also not here to spoon-feed the noobs. If they don't know how to get these power goals then they should visit other threads first.

Both theoretical data (compressor maps etc) and hard data (dynos and 4th gear spool data etc). Mixing in the real word data makes the graphs a bit more precise.
