14psi....what plugs do you recommend?
#21
I am running into an issue where it seems that my spark is getting blown out when the valves open. You can hear the mixture burning the exhaust when I am under heavier load and boost.
I got some advice to get new plugs and re-gap (was closer to 0.040, and then went down to 0.028, on the old plugs) was headed to 0.025 with new plugs.
Seeing that this is contrary to what most other people are doing, it seems that I am headed in the wrong direction.
I am guessing that I my tune is what needs the work. I know I can change the timing through megasquirt, is there anything else I can do to give a stronger spark?

Hey dumbass, if you're going to open up a 2 month old to say something, at least look back up a couple posts and make sure you didn't already reply to it and somebody pointed out how your advice was ******* stupid at that time.
And now to really rub it in, you can do a ****-ton of research using Google and find that Pulstar is an advertising gimmick and nothing more. Numerous magazines and Consumer Reports have done actual testing of these plugs and found ZERO measurable improvement in power or mileage. They don't do ****, and the tuner community found that out about a month after these things hit the market, and people actually took them to dynos and lost power.
So, the lesson here is, when you get the urge to hit the REPLY button on a 2 month old thread... send that **** in a PM instead.
