So I finally got it all together, only took several years of buying parts and wrenching and solving all the puzzles. Turbo setups are easy peasy and cheap if you ignore the "while you're in there" stuff which I failed on quite a bit. So now I have it running and got it on a Mustang Dyno and tuned. He said the turbo isn't spooling fast enough and putting out boost until about 4k rpm and then maxes out at the 7-8lbs, after my fixes to the EBC setup it seems to be coming on a little sooner but it's still maxing out at just about 8lbs of boost on my truboost gage. He thinks it's the turbo (too big) not able to spool up before I get to redline which comes in a flash due to the light weight flywheel/and fluidampr. The waste gate never was activated on the dyno from what I saw. My tuner was only able to get 184whp out of it, but there was a problem with the waste gate setup and adjustment because I tightened that up and fixed the EBC hose configuration and it feels like it has a bit more power but I'm not seeing the boost go any higher on my boost gage and haven't hooked my laptop up yet, it still seems to top out at 7-8lbs of boost when I check the gage but seat of pants it feels a bit faster (holy moly it's fast/fun). I have a ton of mods in addition to turbo, not sure what to do to increase spool speed and low end boost short of getting something like a Garrett GT25 and larger intercooler (which were his suggestions). I've double checked and there aren't any leaks as far as I can tell in the intercooler piping or exhaust. My goal for this is mostly met TBH, it's pretty dang fast, enough to get me in trouble at least but not enough to be able to break the tires loose like I was hoping, my goal was to hit about 240-270hp. Reading about the Mustang Dyno it seems as though at 184hp, corrected by 15% puts me at about 211 hp so maybe I'm trippin' on the dyno numbers vs expected numbers, but I keep reading about folks at 14lbs boost at 3k rpm. Do y'all have any insight into why I'm
having this sort of problem with spooling?
0 issues with Lars or the kit, both have been fantastic and taught me a ton. Thanks guys for helping me live the dream!

I'm still an FNG with these sorts of things and in way over my head. Thanks guys for taking a look and I appreciate all the advice . Lars responded and I sent him the data I have. I didn't want to just disappear on this thread.
I'm not sure if this is what is needed, I'm reaching out to my tuner to see if he has data logs from when it was on the dyno. I ran around at lunch today and enabled data logging and tried to do some covert pulls, not sure if that is useful data.
Below is a pic of my EBC if that helps, I thought I had it configured correctly. It didn't open the waste gate when it was on the dyno but I "fixed" it in that I tightened up the flap/rod as it seemed a bit loose and the hose with the screw hose clamp on it was on the other actuator inlet and the one was unplugged all together.
Also I noticed in Tuner Studio when I was in the drive thru that the temp gage was cooking but my dash gage was normal. I turned on the heater right away to bring it down from the warning zone. I have a coolant reroute, should I trust the dash or tuner studio on that? I need to work on my ducting, I have the under tray removed right now and an aluminum one that will go back on soon.
But your dash gauge will read "normal" from like 160-225 or some crazy swing like that. May need to set your fan temp on and off points lower. Or it's possible it's just normal operation depending how high it got.
