Braineack's newest dyno plot (11-10-07)
Threw it back on the dyno after my headwork and exhaust. very pleased.
I had issues with my EBC as I got it working 5 minutes before I strapped on and didn't tune it well. It's making boost faster than I accounted for so I got a slight boost spike and it creeped a tiny bit. I was trying to keep it as close to what I've dynoed at before to be able to really see the effect of my mods. I couldn't use the same MBC as it's rendered useless now with the amount of boost creep I get with it.
but here it is, note I pulled up top because I heard ping, although no one else did. But I was playing it safe and I'll tune my spark map one of these days. I do not hear/see any ping on the street...
I was looking over the charts during the dyno day and found Phil's was very close to mine up top so I will assume this is exactly how my power would have looked at redline:
and here finally is the before and after of my work. This is prior to MS, the headwork and the exhaust. I superimposed the boost levels on the plots so you can see it's realively the same boost level. Look at that spool now!

The spike @ 4.5K on my datalog show 12.8. at 6k when i pulled it was in teh 12.5:1 area. I added a tad more fuel for good measure and pulled 2* past 4K. I dunno it might not have been ping either, but again I was playing it real safe because I'm tired of things dying and I had to drive 2 hours to get home.
