I'm not really worried about emissions, but where's the best place to buy one of those? I assume if I installed it right away it wouldn't run very good and I don't know how to tune it.

Search for forum user "braineack", send him a PM about getting an MS-II and he'll help you out.

He doesn't personally promote himself, so you wont find him telling you to buy from him, but we all know he's the hookup.

Alternatively, search the forums for "brain built" and you should find plenty of threads with his MS-II

My MS was built by Brain, and it was cheap, quick and effective. +1 on the Brain.
