Default Begi fmu help

Hey guys so I'm just now getting into the core of my build. It's my daily so I can't have it down for more than a few hours at a time so I'm trying to figure out everything before I add this. I got a used begi fmu from a friend, with no directions and he lives hours away so he can't help. I know the vacuum line on top is for boost/vacuum, but what is the like that goes off the the side?
