Just picked up a 96 with a blown 1.8, and i was given a 1.6 for free so....gonna do what anyone would.

SWAP DAT ISH lol, mad tight jaydee emm 1.6 to 1.8 swap to ensue!

in the meantime the 1.8 will be built up and boosted, going gtx2860, mspnp, etc.. all dem goodies

pics will follow but this will make up for it for now

i understand wanting the car to run... but, building the 1.8 back up really wouldnt take that much time... the 1.6 swap would probably take more time than fixing the 1.8. you could sell the 1.6 to fund the 1.8 fix, and just save time, and maybe money

 

true, that may be the case, but from what i know so far, the swap should be fairly easy, and as I have done many swaps before this should be a piece of cakes.
