Just out of curiosity could flex exaust piping be used for intercooler piping, i notice its alot lighter than most exaust piping ...but can flex it what ever position you want it...I figure for 7 pounds of boost it should hold up with minamal issue...but then again I need a flippen review pf everything...

Ooh, that kit. Sure looks pretty, now if I could find someone to loan me that $550... So, at the moment, I'm planning to use my 1G Eclipse IC, but I wasn't sure if there is any real benefit to running the pipes below the radiator instead of above. I've seen both types linked on this site. Surely one could run larger pipes underneath, but my inlets are pretty small anyway.

There's no reason to run pipes under the radiator. Unless you have crazy outlets, it's fairly dangerous to do so, I'd never want pipes to stick down that low, or to sit against the radiator and heat up.
The benefit of running them above is to reduce the extra throttled volume created from lots of piping.

Hmm, good call. Exactly what I was thinking, but why then are both Stripe's and Jim's kits routed underneath? I figure the holes on either side of the hood latch may have to be enlarged a bit, though eastcoast didn't seem to have any problems here. Other than that, you'd think the benefits would outweigh any difficulty.
