needs a boost controller for moar torque faster. you should be seeing 175rwtq from 3.5K to redline. right now you have a supercharger installed

Thanks. What rwhp dyno numbers would I expect with the boost controller?

It's not that you will make more boost, its that you will make target boost faster down low because your WG will stay completely closed longer. The WG is spring operated. Springs are not on/off, they begin to compress immediately once force is applied. The MBC makes it so that the WG takes longer to have the force applied.

I don't hear any knocking but is there
any free safety precautions I can do to lessen the chance of knocking?

A good tune would be my first choice for a knock free motor.

No knocks so far but I don't have the ear sensitivity for them.

My idle is at 1k-1.2k rpm

15 percent of the time I see the idle bounce from 1.8k-2k rpm rpm

I'm working on getting a data log

It's in storage for now but the ride isn't as great as it should be. I think I busted a tie rod or something. Low suspension + City pot holes = :(
