Catch can or not?
Right now my breather hose is routed directly back into my intake as pictured:
I just bought the car before winter and haven't had the time to touch anything under the hood yet, but should I get a catch can?
I don't really know the pros/cons, but if it is something that should be done, I'd like to do it. And if I should do it, where can I get a catch can?
I'm hoping to recirculate my BOV soon, but other than that, anything else you guys would recommend from what you see here? A Megasquirt will happen down the line.

Your going to be sucking oil through your turbo, blowing it through your intercooler, and may even be getting it into your im. Get a catch can and hook it up to that spot and to an adapter in the pcv bung to delete the pcv. If you want to draw vac use the slash cut tube like techsalvager or faeflora is rocking

I kept the baffles but didnt bother with the hole, the pcv hole is big enough and not restricted in the valve cover like the other side. If I bother to mod the valve cover I will do what Sav said and just make new holes all together on the top so that it is less likely to pick up oil. However since I didn't loose any oil and so far seem to solve my other positive crack case pressure problems I don't see a need to.

And yes, I know about those hideous lines, I'd like to replace em. Where can I get black ones?
On the catch can, how do I even go about installing one?

So, could I unhook the hose from the crankcase and then just secure it somewhere letting it leak into the atmosphere? I don't know what this talk about PCV is, etc. I don't know if it's this easy.
It's my DD when the weather is nice, and I do plan on tracking it atleast at a few events this year. I run ~10 psi on the turbo and would like to do it if it would make things a little safer.

Buy replacement vacuum lines from https://www.siliconeintakes.com/
Do this. Get a VTA catch can like that TDR one or anything with two bungs and a filter, drill out your pcv valve (With a drill), and route your pcv and breather to the can. That's all. I think 8mm hose will work.

Okay, be patient with me as I honestly don't really know how to do this.
Would a catch can like this work?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HIGH-...item4aa95f8288
Now how do I go about hooking this up?
From my understanding there is one location on the exhaust side of the valve cover, one location on the intake side of the valve cover, and then one more location on the intake manifold. Do I put a small air filter on the exhaust side location as well as the one on the intake manifold? Then do I take the hose and connect it from the intake side of the valve cover to the inlet on the catch can? Then can I put a little filter on the outlet of the catch can?
Here is a pic I grabbed online, I circled in red what I need to do with the one spot (putting a filter on it). But what do I do with the two spots I circled in yellow? And then what do I do with the two outlets on the catch can?
Sorry for the noobish question, I appreciate the help.
