Hi, i am running some sort of t25 hybrid on my mx5 turbo (looking to upgrade to a T28 shortly) and i have no idea of the spec, nor did the previous owner!!

Basically i've had the turbo off so i bought new gaskets, it wasnt running them previous, they had used putty.

The gasket i bought is here:

it says its for a T25 and does look like the picture.. but when it came to trying to use it it would not fit!! I took some pictures of the turbo in hope that somebody could identify it for me to help me learn a bit more about the turbo.

Don't run any form of gasket, just get the **** machined flat if need be

Second off, sorry, I can't really help, I've never even seen one like that before.

 

It looks like the turbo from the Sr20 engine, mine is very similar if not the same. The only bolt that may be different is the center one on the side with holes, I'm thinking mine is more centered. I wish I had a picture for reference...

Adam, that flange is not the same.

 

It's looks like standard t25 housing, the gasket you have is for a GT-R flange.
