Default capacitor for toyota cops

I'm looking to do the cops mod to my 2000.

The only thing i'm having trouble tracking down is somewhere to order the capacitors. I understand they should be 10000uf 20vdc temp of 105c.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

something like this would be perfect. US seller and not from overseas, so it won't take 3 weeks for you to get it

or skip it altogether, because it wont make a measureable difference.
