All block off plates are sold separately. This is done basically to alleviate even more configurations of the same kit which has a tendency to confuse customers and make it easier for us to make mistake on the shipping side. Whichever way you would prefer to block off the front coolant passage (thermostat housing or cylinder head) would also be required.

Can confirm, CSP is a no go. SSM is definitely legal.

SSM for sure and if you're in CA CST can work as well (I'm in CST class because SSM scare me with their fancy Hoosiers)
