Damn integrated wastegates
I use a bicycle pump like paul does works everytime i get a indicated 12 psi on all of my actuators with a 9 or so psi reading once exhaust backpressure etc are working against the WG as well. I think that is what scot is talking about. Still using a bicycle pump will get you in the ball park, and if you have a real strong nice WG then will tell you exactly what you have. Oh and yeah your Diaphram is most likely toast now. Try it with a bicycle pump and see though

no i think i had already tried it once before today, i just had forgotten what had happened, and i'm pretty sure that the first time i didn't turn down the pressure after taking the seats out with the impact wrench
