I've seen plenty of actual member's ratings here that have them flowed at 265cc. Not to mention FM's independent flow ratings of all years as well.
My thoery on the 230cc "myth" is that a 265cc injector running at 35psi (idle) would be close to 230cc.
It's the same damn thing as the oem AFM can only flow 165 CFM. which isn't enough for high horsepower. However the standard when talking about engines is 28 inches of water where it flows 300 CFM which is plenty for +200rwhp.

the easiest way to tell between the supra years is if the rear lights have a long red center garnish between the tail lights.
Coming from another forum, they would call these the "kouki" and the year previous (low impedance inj.) zenki.
which RX-7s did the 460 come off of? most of the ones i came across have square connectors. GXL versions? kouki versions with the circular tail lights?
