DIY non-intercooled turbo setup

Like I said... have fun getting them to idle, especially if they are side feed. That's the main reason I've been going "WTF" at the 1000cc injector choice.
I'll stick with my DENSO 550cc injectors (I didn't know denso's to be "low quality"). The same ones I've been running in my 450whp RX7 reliably.

I JUST told you to run whatever you want in your car and I'll do the same. What don't you understand in that sentence?
You know nothing about these injectors except for the size.

I know a lot more than you seem to think I do. That 450HP RX7?... ya, I built that. Along with the 580AWHP R32 GTR I mentioned earlier.
Like I already said, ANY 1000cc injector on a 4cyl 1.6L engine will idle like ****. No matter what brand they are.
Anyways, it's clear you are not here for ANY advice or criticism. So go hang out at clubroadster.net or something. Maybe try a little better with your first impression over there.

Advice and criticism is communicated in a tactful way. Haven't seen that much on this forum yet. If you communicate with me a negative way, don't be surprised that you get the same in response.

I have 1000cc injectors that feed fuel beyond the speed of light, creating a big bang in the engine. Therefore idle will be no problem at all. As a result of this atoms colapse and this is turned into nucleair power. So I made a super efficiënt car but I am not able to drive it as every time I get it out of the garage, gunman of Shell, BP, Exxon and Tamoil (those are the worst) are trying to kill me and steal the car as it would end the use of fossil fuels.
Now If I used smaller injectors then 1000cc/min the speed of the fuel would be way to fast and it would mean the end of the world for mankind, creating a big black hole.
Luckely I can have a very good metering with my superbitch'n AEM computer that is offcourse modified for this task, so do not worry.
In the end you can make everything work but it is like a puzzle. If pieces do not fit into eachother like they are supposed to, force them into their position.. But then... It is getting a messed up end product.
Err.. English isn't my first language. So do not laugh or I will derate my injectors and you know what will happen then. And did you know black holes really smell bad ?
Some people like bad habits and weird behavour on their cars as it keeps them busy and gives a sense real uncontrolable speed. When it idles really bad... It must be fast !
LOL.

Speaking of which, I know it'll be implemented at some point on MS3, but are you working on anything for the MSII in adaptor card form for your DIYPNP et al

Oh yeah? Well I'm going to put a jet engine on my car... what now bitch!?!
Yeah, we know nothing about these magical jellybean injectors you bought off a fairy princess... hmm. Could they maybe be BOSCH 1000 CC/MIN units???
So what exactly ARE your power goals? Unless its over 500 crankshast you're wasting your time with those injectors, but what do I know.... nothing, so I looked up RC fuel injectors site, but those aren't your magical jellybeans so they must be ****. Right?

I am considering piecing together a non-intercooled turbo setup that I can upgrade over time. Think Greddy kit, but much higher quality and not as slow.
I have experience turbocharging N/A cars from my GTI VR6. I know what's important and what's not. I know that buying cheap parts usually costs more down the line instead of just buying the good **** from the start.
Here's what I'm thinking for the main stuff:
AEM
Boostlogic tubular top-mount manifold
GT2871 w/ Tial v-band
3" DP w/ 3" electric cutout mated to my stock exhaust
I would run aluminum piping from the TB across to the compressor outlet a-la the KW S/C kit.
Wondering if I could hit 200whp...
Questions? Comments? Criticisms?

I have the old water injection from my DSM, but I'd like to avoid it if possible.
I will be tracking the car, but not as often as Savington does.
We all know that IAT's are the main problem at hand. When you run a larger compressor at lower boost, it greatly reduces IAT compared to running a smaller turbo with more boost. It also makes more power than a lot of people may think. I am just really curious to see how a 2871 would do non-intercooled with a very efficient tubular manifold.
I haven't seen it done and I'm curious.

example! you run no form off i/c or WI it will only happen faster in a track event.....now go back to sticking your fingers in you rectum!
This is the manifold if anyone is interested.

You guys are so wrapped up in defending your cars. Get over it. Just because I won't ever put those parts on my car, doesn't mean nobody else should. I don't care what you run on your own personal car. This stance comes from experience and blowing up fully built motors that a lot of you don't seem to have.
Everyone is telling me to listen, but I'm not hearing anything besides bashing a new idea. What's there to hear? I see a bunch of kids stuck in a bubble.
I think the reason I haven't been banned is the mods are interested in what I propose. Maybe they think I can bring something new to this forum. Most of you never heard of Boostlogic before this thread, but they happen to offer high quality parts for Miata's. It's a horrible thing, isn't it?

i have seen no new ideas presented in this thread by you.......dont you think that if running a big *** ******* turbo with some big *** ******* injectors without a i/c proved to work better than the traditional way............we would all be doing the ****!
do you want to know the real reason you havnt been banned yet? cause you are pure entertainment!
thus proves expensive **** you want, sucks giant mutated ****!
have a wonderful day Jackass!

Yes, they are Bosch. They are made by a company called Injector Dynamics. Google it. When you don't understand why I would use them, come back here and keep on pretending like you know what you're talking about.
Why wouldn't I use these injectors if I already have them? All of you cheap asses would do the same thing, except for buy them in the first place.
The more time I spend on this forum, the lower average member age seems. I'm at 18-21 for almost everyone that has posted in this thread. I bet most of you little kiddies trying to get your flame on still live at home with mommy and daddy. It's kind of hard to take you seriously when you can't even support yourself.

Actually this was talked about not long ago, it seems like my self that most of us are married or at least have our own house, a lot of us have children too, and some are older hence the stubbornness of our ways. We have no problems with new things, but what you are talking about is no different than the 16 year old that straps a huge turbo to his car a barrows a map from someone and goes out and blows up his car and blames us. If you dont want to listen to our advice than leave. What we do works and we know it.

Wow. Anger.
I am not arguing either way, but I DDed a DSM 2L and 2.4L on 950CC injectors on a 38 mile each way commute through PHX traffic without any issues at all. I just had to dial in dead time a bit, then it idled fine and part throtte had no hicups. If AEM does not have that ability with a standard EMS then screw the EMS. I would shocked if you cant adjust for dead time with an AEM though.
As for the rest, meh, not going to argue. I will 100% agree though that price does not equal quality. Some expensive stuff is crap, some cheap stuff is fine. It's a case by case situation.
