Default Ebay T3 Discussion

My T3 compressor wheel is shot. Anyone have one for sale?

Ok, I know there are some super cheap guys on this forum.

1. How are T3 china chargers holding up?

2. Which one spools well.

3. Are they worth buying?

4.. Anyone want to sell a Garrett T3 compressor wheel?

1. perfectly.

2. So far I've only been able to find one "eBay" T3 Chinacharger. It spools like any other T3.

3. If you want a sub 250rwhp T3.

4. What trim?

Just so everyone is aware: T3 =/= T3/T4

I has a couple of OEM Garrett t3 turbos laying around but I know there are lots of different ones. Can you give us a hint which one you need? Dimesionez?

Last night I stripped the downpipe off the XSpower turbo I had out in the garage. There has to be over 30,000km on it and there is very little shaft play. The only problems I have ever had with the ebay stuff was self induced. Catching the exhaust and ripping the turbo off the front of the motor....3 times is not good.

I used the money I saved on the china charger on fuel management because the turbo coming apart won't cook your motor like running lean will. Down the road I upgraded to a bigger garrett. I should have kept the small china charger because it was more fun to drive.

I'll run the serial # tonight, and post housing #'s.

Sorry guys, I've been out of pocket.

If I do go towards rebuilding Garrett T3.

Brain, what setup do you prefer for the 1.6L????

just measure the damn wheel

as far as the ebay T3, there's only one that I've found. It's a 50 trim T3.

NOT a 50 trim T3/T4.
