Question Got e-bay turbo apart, lots of cracks, saveable?

Here are pics of the turbine housing from a mitsubishi 13g turbo. I got it apart tonite and this is what i found. Lots and Lots of cracks. The cracks inside the outlet bore look more like some kind of melt down. I dont see how this happened without damaging the turbine wheel bit it looked ok. My question is, is this housing worth using, can it possibly be welded and machined and still work? (im a machinist so that would be free to do) Or am i going to have to spend the 200$ and buy a new turbine housing?

I would chuck it then it would probably be a pita to get it all sealed back up maybe if it was the last turbine housing in the world but otherwise not.

I'd ditch it. Keep an eye out for another housing from an upgrade, or another turbo that needs a rebuild with a good turbine housing. Those turbos are popular enough that one should show up.
