also, since you said that, then you should definatly be looking into a ems, because with a spark retard box, you cant control your fuel delivery, and controling your fuel delivery means controlling your afr, which can save your engine.

also, on a personal note, im 18, a college student, and i work roughly 25 hours a week, it took me 3-4 months to save money and buy everything. and about 15 hours of my time to install the kit. and if it is a project, and plan on working your way up, it doesnt mean you have to buy the cheapest, lowest level thing there is, look into the future of your project, and see what you will need then that you can use now, it will save you the hassel later on, and it will save you a bit of money.

Your right I do not have my FMIC yet but you guys seem to love cx racing's set up so I plan on getting one shipped out soon along with MSPNP but will it be ok to drive without for a bit just the greddy basic set up? with no front mount or bov yet. I'll have my wideband in so I'll know if its running like crap or not

yeah it will run fine, but get a bov asap, you dont want compressor surge.

Right I think I may go ahead and get my front mount because cx already has the bov flange on it and i just happen to have a greddy type s laying around

I just have to wait about a month to afford the PNP which a fellow member claims to put together has anyone of you delt with "braineack" seems to be a good guy and tuner.

Ya I pm'd him seems to be legit hope he can help me out to. Best forum I've been on the VW Vortex i full of errogant bastards that think they're **** is the best when all of them have a GT28rs on their car.
