Default how to get 300hp

I went to the dyno this week end and got 262 rwhp on a mustang dyno. and I think taht I was at the maximum of my turbo.

I was running td04h-19t at 17 psi with greddy kit.
1990 1.6l
2.5 exhaust
emb
440 inj
aem WI

I was checking about what kind of turbo can I put there to get 300 rwhp.I would like to have a turbo that fits my manifold so that don't have to replace all my stuff.

does anyone has an idea of what would be great and powerful at lower boost

Honestly, you want to replace all your stuff. You want a 3" exhaust from turbo to tip, and a better manifold as well. Don't restrict yourself to a crappy manifold/downpipe.

td05h-16g (evoIII version) 3in. turbo back. need bigger inj. too. your closer than you think. the mustang dyno reads lower than a dynojet etc. i think if you hit 285whp on a mustang dyno your there.

for the bigger that a problem because the emb is not able to work properly with bigger inj.

I was thinking (correct me if i'm wrong) puting in a gt25 or gt28 because the flange on the manifold and I will have only to modify the the tony dp I have so that the other flange match.

the problem is I don't know what kind of trim. I don't want to spend 2 grand to get 40hp. there must be simple way to get the same amount of without pushing the psi to 17 or 18 like i did..

for the dyno run I don't know how to post them....

I made 250rwhp/201ftlbs on a mustang and 302rwhp/281ftlbs on a dynojet w/o any changes, so you must be there.

You need to dump the EMB. You won't get to 300whp without a standalone ECU and big (550/750cc) injectors.

Yeah, me too. 440cc injectors and 260whp+ on a Mustang dyno don't add up.

440 injectors at 500 psi would support 300 rwhp somehow.

My 550's, 3" exhaust and 2871 at 17 psi resulted in 242 on a mustang dyno. So I'm feeling cheated here.

Don't be sad. I like using Mustang dynos more than any other brand, but the #'s are always crazy low compared to DD and Dynojet.

I made 229.9whp on a mustang dyno with a stock motor at 12psi with a decent tune...had a HUGE hicup in it.like it went up fast, down just as fast, and back up again lol

holy **** you are at the limits of the greddy manifold man seriusly lol, im surprised you did as well as you did. For all you haters remember Mr Andyfloyd who made 300 mustange whp on his setup with stock ecu and bipes, or me for that matter who has had much succes before MS.

Mr speedster modifying the greddy/tony setup to accept a suitable turbo system will be more hasse than it is worth I suggest you sell the tony/greddy setup and buy a real manifold dp combo, to go with your bigger turbo.
