How much power to expect on 91?

How much power to expect on 91?
I have a 2002 that I just had dyno tuned. The tuner said it made 210whp on a Dynocom and that he couldn't get any more power out of it because it's knock limited.
Does that sound right? It's currently at about 11-12psi but the boost spikes a little on roll-in so it peaks at about 15psi.
93 is available around here, but it's not everywhere so it can be hard to find in a pinch. If I have to go to a 93 tune I'll need to add a switch for a 91 map.
Car has the stock motor, 2560 turbo, 3in exhaust, MS3x, plenty of fuel, etc.
