Default junk yard super miata?

what parts can be used as direct bolt-on upgrades from newer miatas or rx7s (aside from: differential, rear brakes, and injectors)?

what about under body braces, intake manifold, radiator, clutch, sway bars, fuel pump (just a few thoughts)?

do the different generation miatas have different steering ratios (are the interchangeable)?

im trying to hop up my miata as cheaply as possible till i can do it up right and large.

thanks.

Front brakes from a RX7 with 4 piston calipers, but it requires some cutting and custom brackets. I have two if your looking for some.

My two calipers came from a 91, you have to cut off the mounting tabs and use two other holes to mount them, but to use those you have to build an adapter plate. The conversion has been done, but few have done it and it's not too common.

If you are out to save $, make sure you put the money where it matters. FWIW: I am running stock callipers (-99 miata) with Hawk blue pads, standard rotors from NAPA and super blue fluid on the track and it works great, even on a tough-on-brakes-track like CMP.

I have bought but not yet installed a brake proportional valve. Friends of mine that run fast Miatas on track told me that it was the best brake upgrade they had done. Just saying: Do not make things harder then it has to be.

Good luck finding any of that in a junk yard. I know some people are lucky enough to do it. Around here there is NOTHING.

I have a brake setup from 99-00, including prop valve available.
