mac vale boost controller help

Default mac vale boost controller help

I have a 3 port mac valve boost controller. need help how to plumb it. running an external wastegate. from what ive found i run the top port from the wastegate to tthe left opening(2) then bottom port from wastegate to a tee to the (1)port on mac valve but where do i tie into compressor outlet?

can i run that line to the fitting on the intercooler piping?

No Tee.

Yes to I/C piping fitting.
That (compressor out) goes to MAC port 3.
Port 2 goes to Wastegate.
Port 1 is open to atmosphere (vents).

my turbo housing doesnt have a vacuum port, i have the top port and bottom port on the external wastegate. i also have a vacuum port on my intercooler piping to the turbo. my mac valve has 2 inlet ports and 1 breather

You’ve got a turbo now, stop calling them vacuum ports you just need a source that shows boost pressure, the one you said you have on your intercooler piping will work.

I have TiAL EWG on my remote mount setup and have it configured as per documentation for dual port EWG, seems to be working a-ok. Had to tap my compressor housing for the fitting that runs to a tee (sounds like you can use intercooler pipe fitting), which then goes to Port 1 and the bottom of the EWG. Top of EWG goes to Port 2. Port 3 is open.
