Default where do i run these hoses?

I have a gt3076 turbo with dual port external wsstegate. Question is do I run the top hose to the port on my intercooler piping to the turbo and the bottom port to a feed on the intake manifold?

They go to a boost solenoid, usually a 4 port

Thank you for the responses...my turbo housing does not have a port for a vacuum line. Can I run one of the external wastegate ports to the mac valve, The other port on the wastegate to the charge pipe to the turbo, and the other line from the mac valve to an inlet on the intake manifold?

Some manufacturers do not recommend hooking the wastegate up to a vacuum source. You can run both to the fitting on the intercooler piping and split the line with a tee

You cap the spot on the compressor outlet, either with a vacuum cap, or a plug in the hole. Run a vacuum line post IC to your wastegate ports. I would suggest starting with a single port on the wastegate, which would be the top one. Get things tuned decently then. Then go back and add in the second wastegate vacuum line.
