Depending on your turbo this may or may not be an easy task. I had to use a welder to heat two of the four bolts on the turbo.

I'm very confused as far as drilling and tapping hte oil pan. What do I tap it with?

Read braineack's FAQ.. I believe theres a whole section about tapping that pan.
