Tappin' dat pan was the most puckering thing on my install, glad it went smoothly for you. And part of me likes those wheels, but feels dirty about it.

Is that a Chinabay 16g? Comp housing looks like it. Interested to see how it holds up if so.

Yes it is. It's temporary. I'm waiting to get my hands on an oem piece.

Right on. It seems like the Garrett knockoffs last a lot longer than the Mitsubishi ones so I was curious.

I got started on the install. Intercooler piping is complete and power steering has been removed. Next step is welding in my IAT bung and hacking up my downpipe.

It's been a while since I've posted on here so here's an update.

The current setup is making 210/198 whp/tq @8psi. Overall I'm happy with this setup but now I'm toying with the idea of 12psi. This coming friday I will be upgrading my injectors to rx7 550cc, and I might be going with an 18g cold side conversion for my turbo. Here are some pics and a video.

Thanks for all of the compliments. As for the manifold and down pipe, no cracks or breaks. In fact the only problem I've had is a leaky gasket. I plan on taking everything apart soon and machining the surfaces.

Gaskets are a pain. Smart move on getting them surfaced flat. Flat surfaces don't need a gasket.

Right now I'm running 7mge 305cc injectors but this weekend I'll be getting either 460cc or 550cc rx7 injectors. Then I need to see if my walbro 190 will keep up or if I need to upgrade to a 255. If everything goes smooth I'll be bumping the boost up to 12psi with 250whp as my goal. Definitely going to need a clutch though.
