Must just be an optical perspective thing, but the piping to the I/C looks like it projects into the hood!

Out of curiosity, why not clock the thing so that the outlet was closer to horizontal—or was it because that clocking worked best for the various pipe angle bends to line up?

Two reason's I left it strait up like that, one was that clocking it horizontal got the 2.5" bend into the shock tower the other issue is the wastegate actuator bracket would need to be refabricated. I might have used a tight radius bend but it became obvious this somewhat strange arrangement fit and had the least number of bends.

Here is how i have my NB2 setup with the turbo facing down:

Here are the specs:

72106 Radiator hose
2" piping

From Turbo ---> 90 silicone, into 45 degree pipe, into 90 silicone into straight pipe into 90 silicone into intercooler.

This clears everything, no rubbing issues.

As a side note, there's no hole in the passengers side right? You guys cut that hole in there? I didn't see the hole today in my engine bay and didn't see it in Bytevenom's NB2 either.

You can either copy the version from the drivers side and cut it yourself or you can cut the hole where it makes sense for you to route your pipes and just build your pipes accordingly.

Yes definitely cut a hole, there's room to stay out of the frame rails easily though.

Had to trim a bit off the headlights to make things fit but should be good to go. May have to adjust the pipes a little based on how the headlight sits.

Couldn't find the best edging, so just used some inner tube wrapped around and taped up. Should stop the noise just fine.

Thanks for all the help gaiz!

This is exactly how I have mine setup on my NB1. Works great, the run from the turbo - Intercooler on the hot side is VERY short.
