Glad to see you didn't waste any time with that downpipe

Build quality looks top notch from those pics.

Alot of us have shown interest in hearing a sound clip. If you can provide one, that would be great. I realize that it would be on a turbo car, too.
If you have a glasspack for a reasonator on the 2 1/2 it isn't bad, just a little louder than I liked. It would of been perfect with the Turbo. I should of kept it.

But now I'm switching to the 3" Enthuza system.

For those who are interested PM me and I'll start a list. Don't think it will take long to get 4-6 ppl.

Man I still have to make a test pipe. Those are good prices. I noticed that in the picture you don't have a rear brace. Do you have one.
I was just woundering if it clears it. I had some issues with the brace clearance once.

Mabe he can make a brace to sell with it?

Alright guys! Posted up a list of interested ppl and those 100% down on an exhaust. Weather is crappy today and the Daytona 500 is going on in town today so I'm not going anywhere. I will do something Monday if the weather permits for sound clips. I'll talk to David Wallen's of Grass Roots Motorsports about using his car for 1.8L fitment which shouldn't be any different as well as a sound clip on an NA. Only downside is we'd be using my exhaust which is 2.5" so it will be the LOUDEST of the bunch on NA's. Sorry Miata Turbo guys....know this doesn't apply to you. I'll also take video of the install on his car etc so you can see how it goes on.

Rear Brace/Tow Hook Area
I know for sure no rear braces will fit with the exhaust other than MAYBE 949 Racings but looks like that might be a fail too. We were talking about this when making the exhaust and we have a great solution but just haven't made it yet. Based off 949's inharited design we're going to do the same however instead of going UNDER the exhaust createding a "U" bend to go up and OVER the exhaust eleminating the age old issue. Emilio if you have the resources to do this and want to by all means! Sure it would work for more than just this exhaust. The passengers side rear tow hook area MAY have to be trimmed. Mine was for the last exhaust systems so it was no issue. If so it will be minimal but I don't think you will have to do anything.

Mufflers/Resignators
I can get anything magnaflow you may want however keep in mind pricing may very depending on what you want as well as build price will reflect slightly as it won't be an exact copy anymore.

3" stainless using Borla straight through muffler.

danscreations, where in FL are you and what did you end up doing with your other wheels that are pictured in your sig?

In for sound clips.

Would you be able to fab up a 2.5-3" adapter test pipe for those of use who want 3" exhaust but can only get a 2.5" downpipe?

Hey Dan,

Since you are over in Daytona, just let me know if he want's to get into the NB market. I'm over in Orlando, and would gladly make the trip over there sometime in the summer.

I have another concern/question with the exhaust. I dont mind doing some minor alterations to make it fit, but how do you know this one exhaust will fit all of the slight variations from downpipe design? Alot of people make custom dp's and from what I hear the Bell down pipe is hit or miss on fitment. Id hate to get one and have to have it cut and rewelded (though not a big deal really).

Also, do you guys plan to do more runs of this exhaust after the first 6? Id like to buy one now, but I have yet to even buy my MS or turbo. Dont want to dump $500 on an exhaust just to change my mind about my turbo plans 2 or 3 months later and be stuck with it. If you do plan to do another run in a few months, I would for SURE want one then, its more of a time issue now. I dont want to jump the gun and build my turbo system backwards if you know what I mean.

Will do! I just posted up some information on CR.NET about this. Guys are asking for axel backs, etc, etc. So I first have to find out what exactly is different between them (tip location, etc, etc). I'll contact you when the time comes.

After the fact....we have a full polishing shop at CCW (main job) where the guys work on a peice by peice basis. I can do it but for what they'll charge me there no bother to have black rasin size bugers for 3 days afterwards. Hate to see what it does to your lungs. One of those jobs where you come in white and leave black.

We'll only worry about fitting to stock OE equipment. If a new header or downpipe changes where they meet up (which they shouldn't so they work with the OE equipment) it's on you to have either shortened or extended. The guy I'm getting all the parts from is getting us magnaflow systems for each year span to copy lengths, etc. so there should be zero issues.

Please keep in mind I never ment for this to be what it is now. It could be an inital run, could be two, three, etc. I don't have an exact plan. I talked to my friends Danny who's doing all the welding and were talking about making nice jigs to produce these in so we can make them whenever down the road but I'm looking at taking baby steps right now.

Not bad, really depends on the tip length. The longer the less it seams but the shorter tip like mine doesn't quite get it exhaust out from under the car as much as others. The longer tip always bothered me though since the bumpers cut back twards the car. Hangs out a tad too much.

I can't tell if the beatrush rear ladder brace will fit with your exhaust. It looks close, but you have the 1.6 rear subframe, which doesn't have the mount holes for rear bracing.
