seriously though, once you open the internets, in about 30 seconds you'd have most of the answers on your homepage next to dancing bananas.

pistons: go cheap forged (supertech for example)
rods: same. cheap and sold by a few vendors around here. for 300 hp they are plenty.
cylinder liners: what? for your honda?
turbo specs: I personally like the compressor map as my favorite turbo spec. the A/R of the turbine is a close second.

Lolz serius man do you go on honda forums and ask what hatch will make 300 hp and then what injectors you need to put in it. Braod questions draw braod criticism that is just how it is. We are actualy pretty nice but we hate vague ****. It either works or it doesn't.
