Ninja needs assistance with Turbo selection

You're not cheating enough, strip the ID1000 of any branding and tell them you lopped off the diffuser plate on some junkyard injectors.
Buy a MK turbo setup and again tell them you fabbed it out of junked plumbing fittings.
If you're feeling froggy tell them it's a stock motor and put the rods in it. Same goes for a torsen, just tell em it's an open.

Yep, I know racing is as much about what you can get away with as your actual performance.
I am pretty straight up and would prefer to do "creative" trading and building stuff out of nothing (someone else's trash).
Some of the cars were obvious frauds and the real techies (which there were quite a few) looked down on. The folks who run it are all racers themselves and are probably adept at spotting cheats.
It's a big fun party, there is nothing of value to be won. The real participants help each other. It's supposed to be FUN.
I'll actually have less than the budget in the car as I will gut the 99 like a vulture and vastly exceeded its purchase price in sales. Portions of it are already history.
This weekend has been great. I've met some new folks that will be instrumental and found injectors/rods/turbo that will probably work.
I did actually purchase that "Speed Daddy" turbo. Guy was desperate and accepted a seriously low ball offer. Got it for $75.
Found a much better turbo for Ratt cheaper. Needs work...
Other people's trash
I'll use the T4/T3 on a 78 280Z I have. Fits that a lot better.
I wasn't looking for a turbo at the start of this thread.
Now I have two...
Thanks for all the help
Rick

I will have to respectfully decline at this point as my un-finished research leans towards keeping the VVT motor which I believe will require the minimum of a MS3.
MS2 might suffice, I'm not spun up enough to answer this question and my research will answer this question for me.
I'm sure I don't know all the proper questions to ask yet...
I operate an automotive A/C shop (do a bit of everything) and NOW is the beginning of my busy season. As I have no intention of trying to gain customers from this forum, I will not be a "vendor" and I am hesitant to post my website as I do not want break any forum rules.
This means it might be weeks between post. I am super busy.
During the time this thread has been active I have acquired:
a set if ID1000s(used) and a Walbro 450 fuel pump (new).
A "Snow Performance" 2 stage meth kit (beat to death with a production date of 3-13-08) I wasn't even thinking about water/meth injection and I may not use it but it was complete with the special injector heads and cheap (I think).
A line on some other stuff. I've found it's best not to talk about things I'm working a deal on till it's done. I've lost a couple of cars I wanted that way...
Looks like I will have to weld up my own exhaust manifold, exhaust system, 6 point roll bar (side bars required for NHRA rules), turbo plumbing. I'm OK with gas welding, horribly ugly with stick, and have 0 experience with MIG/TIG.
I will probably purchase a low end TIG machine and by the end of this project I will be able to TIG weld thus improving ME...
Some of the TIG work posted on this forum should be labeled art. There are people here who I will look to for advice when I get to that point in the project.
I will post a build thread soon. I am not yet proficient at posting pictures and I am working on getting spun up on that.
Once again, thanks to everyone for the replies, I feel bad that It took me so long to reply back.
