Does a bipes work with a 99 ECU? Or is this an engine swap?

no bipes does not work on 99 ecu, and maybe its not a HKS manifold lol. but its log style with t3 flange, I am getting the down pipe, turbo, manifold and bipes are all from one person.

I dont know the trim on the turbo, I believe it is 68.

and since the bipes and AFPR wont work for my car, I can sell them.

You need to learn the specs on that turbo, I dont think a 68 trim exists. Depending on the trim you could have a powerful beast or a docile one.

just because it has large housings does not make it a large turbo. You probably have a stage 1 T3 turbine wheel and thats gonna hold you to around 300whp assuming the compressor will flow that.
