Default P.O. didnt put turbo on right? is this how it should go?

yeah, i just bought a miata with a greddy turbo kit installed (kinda) and it has a blown turbo. i dont know if it is running rich or lean yet, but i am in the process of rebuilding the tdo4h turbo on it right now. i am also going to test the fuel pressure eventually to find out if the FMU is operating correctly, and i am going to check to see if he retarded the timing to 8* (it haz intercooler). i took pictures of the blow off valve and the vortech FMU, and i am wondering if he hooked up the lines on top of them correctly. thanks for your help guys! (blow off valve connected to intake manifold and connected to white tubing which is boost gauge) (vortech fmu connected to intake manifold and i am guessing also the fuel pressure regulator?)

Looks right to me. I would Tee off the line earlier on so your vacuum line running to the stock FPR isn't as long.

BOV is correct.
