Default Problems after turbo install

I installed my turbo setup with a Link ECU and just got the IAT sensor hooked up - so I figured I'd try starting it even though the big injectors aren't in yet. I turned the key to on - and the dash lights come on - then I turn the key to start and I hear one click from the starter maybe- then all the lights turn on until I have the key back to on. So I figured it could be the battery, I charged it all night. This morning when I try now - I turn the key to start and the lights all go off - not even a click from the starter. Could this be my battery? The charger shows it as being fully charged, Anybody have any ideas? Also- if I turn on the headlights - they will be bright until I hit the brake and then they dim - the other lights dim then come back to full brightness except the headlights. Could it be a ground issue? The only step I skipped during the ECU install was to add a ground like the manual says - could this be the problem? I appreciate any help - it'll save me from trouble shooting with a new $80 battery.

It's a ground issue. Make sure the main ground is on your battery in the trunk. A lot of times that line also brakes off from where it mounts to the car.
