I'm working on this one right now.

Turbo: Real-World High-Performance Turbocharger Systems is good if you're in to hard core turbo tech like to how to rebuild a turbo and diagnosing failure modes. It's got a bit of a diesel bias, but that's because the percentage of diesel engines with boost is pretty high.
