A basic rebuild kit should include all you need right, like the kits they sell on ebay, or are those kits garbage?

what's the best method of getting the turbine housing off? mine is siezed and doesn't want to budge.

After a good long soak in PB Blaster I would put my turbine housing in a vise and lightly tap the CHRA forward with a mallet, it will start to seperate, then start twisting it untill it breaks free.

managed to get it with PB blaster, a propane torch, and a pickle fork. should be rebuilt and ready to rock by the end of the day.
