Honestly I've been buying a lot of stuff on aliexpress lately and I've had some of the best online customer service experiences I've had in a while. A lot of the stores seem to be like just small businesses run by like normal people who just happen to live in china. Sellers will bend over backwards for you and even call the factory to make sure what they're trying to sell is exactly what you want. I think part of that is that they dont get paid till you get the items, inspect them, and confirm you're happy. I have had parts come in jacked up and everything gets fixed. Its also fun to get surprise chinese trinkets in the packages like stickers, charms, and candy.
