Nice to see you taking the initiative. In the future though a moderator will move it for you. Did you see my reply in the other post?

There really is no other way when it comes to an adjustable bov. There are no specific settings that work for multiple setups. You just have to adjust, drive, adjust, drive...etc until you get it dialed in. Should take you but 15-20 minutes though.

Ideally it would just go whooosh and be done. But since it is controlled by a spring it is never gonna be perfect. When it goes whoosh whistle that means it is very close, although it could also be a design of that particular bov too.

I'd turn the screw adjustment in till your hear "fluttering" when it releases. Then back it out untill it doesn't make the noise anymore, just a nice whooosh.

Are you running a MAP or Airflow sensor? The factory airflow sensor will measure the air, including that which your dumping with a blowoff, and it will inject more fuel since it assumes the air is going into the motor. You know this right?

Are you still running an airflow meter? If so you COULD have some drivability problems. Try it VTA first to see if you get any lurching with small throttle changes while cruising, or wicked bad idle.

if he's running a map sensor, chances are he's not running a meter.
