The shop that did the cleaning/testing said the pintle caps didn't need replacing. The pic in my first post shows the green cap that I am using.

The effective height of the injector is the same as my 19550-4060 purple tops, but if you look at the tip of the 19550-2020, they are longer and sit deeper into the intake manifold

Yup, I replaced that isolator.

then you should be good. after you get the injectors installed, pressurize you fuel system. dont turn the car on, just turn the key to the on position to prime the system. if there are any leaks they should show up then. if you dont get any leaks then proceed with turning the car on and double check again for leaks.

Don't forget to lube the o rings a little so the rail goes on smooth.

Yeah, did that. I was surprised how easy they went in. Taking out the stockers was the hardest part of it all.
