td04l vs td05 16g?

i own a
na 1989 miata done 160,000 miles
billsteins all round

and
1988 supercharged mr2
fresh rebuild
subaru w/a ic setup
full nolethane suspension kit
kyb struts all round
16" toms mags
tuned leangth turbo manifold

i also own
a subaru td05 - inwhich one of the bolt holes has snapped off so i consider it unusable
mitsi td04L in good condition
a evo 7 td05-16g in good condition -US$130 worth lol

both these cars intend on being turboed

mr2 turbo manifold will just need a flange welded to it
miata turbo manifold will be simple and made by me(like the other log manifolds)

for the miata i intend on using
3sgte injectors
ms2 standalone
fd3s rx7 fuel pump
fmic
nb lsd

keeping in mind that if the miata engine gives up on me, i will be putting in a 70,000 mile engine

which turbo to which car? the mr2 with oem computer can put out about 215whp before maxing out injectors
