I think the only reason why it didn't pickup in the US is how easy and cheap a ls swap is on most cars. I believe power adders and fuel are still wide open in FD. I've got the rulebook right here.
That said, if it was me, I'd just switch to a mustang if I wanted to be competitive in FD on a "budget".
John did a great job on those hot bits.

Correct, not sure if you are serious.. Can you even do that??

Shoot n2o in the intake like normal.
I'd keep the shot as small as possible, and progressively go away as rpm's raised, probably shut off completely around 4k so you don't risk hitting the rev limiter with it. Use it just to spool. Good, safe, smart control would be key.
Wet direct port would be nice but I don't think you could get the shot small enough. Should last all weekend with one bottle.
Just a thought. You should start talking to some of the small displacement big turbo drag guys. Just guessing might be popular in the eclipse world. Or talk to some of the J teams if you can.
Fae, we're talking about spooling a big turbo with small displacement, why do you think meth would help a big turbo spool better than n2o? Also why not just run methanol or ethanol instead of gasoline? Why not run nitromethane? Talk to some indy crew about how fun it is to run pure alcohol.

Why not run meth instead of gas? Pumps, injectors, lines need to be compatible.
Why not run e85 instead of gas? He should. E85 FTW.
Why not Nitromethane? Because give me a ******* break.

Ha ha I was just going to post this when I had a chance. I have been buried at work and home.
Well it didnt spool where I needed it to. Se we just stopped tuning. I got it to I think 410rwhp, but the top wasnt tuned at all. That was at 25psi and just trying to dial in the bottom end. I needed it handled ASAP for an event, so it was pulled off and will probably not go back in unless I figure out a smaller turbo from Garrett that will work in the exh. housing I have.
It will be up for sale shortly. The manifold, Down pipe, piping for the waste gate. I just need to make sure I can sell the Exh housing with it. Its a contract thing. Once I know, it will be for sale. Hopefully with the Exh. Housing. So someone would just need a turbo, and a Wastegate.
I have no idea what to price it at LOL!!
